Evaluation costs are based on the total amount of hours needed to complete the evaluation. This includes face-to-face client testing, professional consultations, scoring, interpretation, detailed report writing, and personalized feedback session. Most evaluations take an additional 15-20 hours in preparation after the client testing sessions. Full evaluations range from $4800 - $8500. Parents or individuals should be prepared to spend 1-3 hours for the intake interview and to complete forms. The actual in-person testing varies between 4-12 hours depending on the evaluation. See each specific testing link for more details. 

Individual and family therapy sessions cost $225 per 45 minute session or $400 per 80 minute session. Payment is due at the beginning of each session. 

We accept cash, check or charge. If you choose to use a credit card, minimal processing fees apply. We do not accept insurance but will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to contact their insurance company to see what services are covered by their plan. Many insurance companies cover a portion of therapy sessions and psychological testing. Clients are expected to pay for their testing or therapy at the time of service and seek insurance reimbursement on their own. 

Most of our clients are school age - kindergarten through college. 5 - 25+ year olds. However, we regularly provide evaluations for adults also.
